To request the removal of your payment method, contact Xsolla support. As they process all payments, they will be able to help you out.
Facebook
To remove your payment method on Facebook, do the following:
- Click
in the top-right corner of the Facebook page.
- Find Orders and payments and open it.
- Find the Payment Method section and click
next to a card or account you want to delete.
- Select Edit Payment Method.
- Click Remove Card/Account to remove the payment method.
If you receive an error that says you have too many cards on file, or if you are still having trouble, contact Facebook.
