In the main menu of our Support bot, Raymond, select the Account and privacy section. Then press the following buttons: Delete account → Delete Hero Wars account → Submit an account deletion request.

In the ticket creation form, select the following types of questions: Account management → Privacy protection request / DPO contact → Privacy protection request / DPO contact. In your inquiry, specify that you want to delete your account.
