- Set the Time range setting to All time.
- Put a checkmark in the Cached images and files option.
- Click the Clear now button.

- Click Privacy & Security.
- Scroll down to Cookies and Site Data panel, click Clear Data.
- Put a checkmark in the Cached Web Content option.
- Click the Clear button.
- Exit the game and leave the browser open.

in the top left corner of the screen. Then click Settings. You can also use the Alt + P hotkey.
- Select Clear browsing data.
- Set the Time range setting to All time.
- Put a checkmark in the Cached images and files option.
- Click the Clear data button.
- Check if hardware acceleration is enabled in your browser. It is important to keep this option enabled to give your browser permission to use your graphics card to process graphics in the game:

in the top right corner of the screen. Then click Settings.
- Type "acceleration" in the search bar at the top of the page.
- Toggle on the Use graphics acceleration when available option.
- Relaunch your browser to set the new parameters.

- Relaunch the browser to set new parameters.
- Try to disable your AdBlock or other blocking plugins temporarily. Sometimes, even an antivirus can block payment windows by mistake.
