If you quit a Guild, you have to wait for 8 hours before joining a new one. You can spend 25 emeralds to skip the waiting time.
Note: To ensure fair play, the game restricts how often players can change Guilds. This is how it works:
- If you change Guilds three times in a row, with each change less than 7 days apart, the fourth attempt will result in a 7-day restriction on joining Guilds.
- If you have three or more 7-day bans in a row, with each ban less than 30 days apart, the fourth ban will be 30 days long instead of the standard 7.
The Guild change also affects three cooperative modes:
- Guild War. If your Guild is in the Gold league, you will not be able to become a Champion in the Guild War until the end of the current week.
- Clash of Worlds. If you are a member of a Guild that participates in Clash of Worlds and decide to change your Guild, you will not be able to fight in the current battle, but you can take part in the next one. In addition, if you return to the Guild you have left during the ongoing battle, you will get no penalty and will be able to take part in this battle.
- Asgard. You will not be able to participate in the Guild Raid until next week when a new one starts.
