When you open the Emerald Shop, you see the number of emeralds, including all bonuses (first purchase, VIP bonus, x4, etc.). So you will receive the exact number of emeralds displayed in the shop. To learn more about the VIP bonus, read this article.

You can purchase each x4 offer only once a day. If you buy the same offer the second time, you will receive the usual number of emeralds.
If none of the above applies to your situation, the issue may be with your payment method.
Some payment methods may need additional time — up to several days — to finish the transaction. If your payment method has completed the transaction after the end of the Emerald Sale and you have gotten emeralds without a multiplier, do the following:
- Take a screenshot of the payment receipt. You can find the receipt from mailer@xsolla.com in your email. Make sure the screenshot format is jpg, jpeg, or png. You can convert your screenshot to a supported format using image converters or other image editing software.
- After that, contact our Support team within the game and attach the screenshot to your request. Our specialists will review your ticket.
